Dal bati is an Indian dish combining dal, a lentil preparation, with bati, a baked wheat bread. It is popular in Rajasthan, in the Khandesh and Vidarbha regions of Maharashtra, and in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh.
